I have been looking forward to my appointment for over a month that I paid money to go to. I had a family emergency and the office was not willing to work with me. Makes me so sad because I even called back! I understand this for people just not wanting to go but I've been waiting for a month for this appointment and if I didn't have this emergency I would have been there. I felt like I needed to let others know that if you pay and you have any type of emergency come up you will lose your money and either have to pay more to go or find another surgeon. I'm devastated about it because like I said I was literally looking forward to this day! You guys did say you would reschedule for another $150.00. I have had alot happen and family emergency are just as important as medical. My family owns a business too. I also called you as soon as it came up at 830am! You did ask to move it from 330 to 4pm even though I clearly stated the reasons and the times but guess I should have lied and said I had a qualifying medical emergency that no one explained to me at the beginning. No one said that but I'm glad I didn't lie. It shows me who I'm doing business with. I didn't slander anyone I just choose to let you lose 150 bucks over 12 to 15 thousand. I'll find another surgeon that wants my family business as well as my thousands of dollars.

If you are looking for a great surgeon,Dr.Steele is your guy! I recently had gynecomastia surgery and happy with my results. Office staff are very welcoming

Hands down the best doctor in Ft. Worth, I highly recommend Dr. Steele and his staff for bar none the best care best surgeon best staff! We did an implant exchange with lift, and believe me when I say he’s an artist.
