Comprehensive MTF Breast Augmentation Procedure

MTF Breast Augmentation Surgery offers transgender patients an opportunity to develop a more feminine breast contour. The procedure can be customized through multiple surgical approaches, including various incision techniques and implant options.

Surgical Approach and Techniques

Crane Center surgeons specialize in understanding the unique anatomical differences between male and female chest structures. Patients can choose from multiple surgical options:

  • Incision locations: around nipple, under breast, in armpit
  • Implant types: silicone or saline
  • Implant positioning: over or under muscle
  • Potential fat grafting for natural augmentation

Personalized Surgical Planning

Each breast augmentation procedure is tailored to the individual patient's body type, aesthetic goals, and anatomical considerations. Surgeons collaborate closely with patients to determine the most appropriate implant size, type, and placement.

Additional Body Feminization Procedures

Complementary surgical options to enhance overall feminine body contours include:

  • Brachioplasty: arm skin and fat reduction
  • Abdominoplasty: abdominal contouring
  • Thigh lifts: leg shape refinement
  • Buttock and thigh augmentation
  • Liposuction and body sculpting

Emailed me saying my insurance was out of date (which it was, since it was the turn of the year) and told me I could update my insurance on the breeze portal. I did just that and notified them and they ended up canceling my appointment anyways. so that's cool

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Celtik and the Crane Center. It was a relatively smooth process from my initial consultation to actually getting a surgery date. Every visit before and after surgery has been thorough, informative and caring. Dr. Celtik is a very down-to-earth surgeon who shows genuine care and concern for his patients. The front office staff are friendly and have replied to all communications relatively quickly.

Took too long to get my surgery scheduled so I had to constantly get new referrals/letters My original surgery, my wound opened up and I called them stating I was in pain before this happened. They dismissed my pain, saying it was "normal", without offering an appointment or an examination, despite me having surgeries in the past. I emailed them my wound stitches opening, and they ignored these emails. I had to be forced hospitalized at a veterans hospital (against my will) and only then when on IV, did Crane Center do something about it (which all they did was send antibiotics). The VA doctors said I was going to die or they had to amputate my arm because Crane refused to validate my medical post-OP concerns. If I was not a disabled veteran, I would not be alive today simply because Crane can't bother to be responsible. Post-OP to fix the damages and needing a revision, the staff blocked me from talking to my surgeon saying it "wasn't medically necessary" even though the surgeon called me too early in the morning while I was sedated to understand his instructions. Why is the desk staff telling me what's medical? Why block me from my surgeon who is responsible for the damage? Years later, they discriminated against me being autistic and accused me of doing meth, due to my medication that I reported to them multiple times willfully. They didn't just outright accuse, no. They manipulated and gaslit me to try to force me to "admit I was doing drugs". They should be what medication can cause false positives and understand that it needs a higher concentration for that. Imagine accusing patients who take ADHD meds for doing drugs. Despite this, I still didn't get my revision. I shouldn't even need to involve my insurance, the Crane center let me die, basically. They willfully ignored surgery complications. They also yelled at me for other medical professionals making mistakes when they should've been talking to my support since I'm a disabled person. saying things like "you'll never be seen here again" as I'm having a breakdown and crying while having a panic attack. Unprofessional and horrible clinic. Hates neuordivergent people. and just ignorant.
