As a 68 year old woman I have never had fillers or anything done before. I disliked the lines above my lips and around my mouth. Went to 4 other plastic surgery office for consults. I was thinking of CO2 lasers but worry about changing skin color and the monkey look I have seen many times. Dr/ Lacerna was honest and explained that she considers laser to be old technology. She suggest renuvian resurfacing which uses radio frequency to split helium into cool plasma beams. She showed me before and after pictures - which I am always wary about because the lighting is different and the patient's facial expressions, and often they have makeup on after. While still researching, I called the office to ask more questions. Brianna - the Manager - suggested I talk to a patient who recently had the Renuvion procedure. I talked to her on facetime and her skin was amazing. She was in her mid 70s and her skin looked like she was in her 40s. I was convinced and have put down my deposit. Also, unlike CO2 laser, I did not need to get blood work and EKG etc., as they only use light anesthesia, which is quite sufficient. I will write another review once I have had the procedure. OK I am continuing my review now that I have had the Renuvion procedure. I was worried it would hurt. The only discomfort was the needles for the numbing injections - felt no pain with procedure. There is a lot of swelling, but already significantly reduced 3 days later. No lines at all, but of course I am still puffy. Was told next week I will see a huge diffence, and can see friends for Thanksgiving. I will keep you posted over the next week. 1year 4 months later- I had such high hopes for this procedure. I still have weird pigmentation on side or face and forehead and acne around chin. I went back to see Dr Lucerne, she just suggested incredibly expensive lotion to correct my Microbiome for chin area. She told me to use an exfoliating wash for forehead- which I’ve done to no avail. I feel they should offer me some free correction for my striped forehead and side of face, but they play it down. I feel permanently scarred! I got cream for acne from dermatologist, but have constant breakouts. I am not happy but feel it’s a waste of time to keep going back and be told to spend more money!

Donated placenta injections do not work. 14 months and still waiting for one hair to be restored. Stem cell therapy may be best.

I had the best treatment from LA Plastic surgery. It's been one year since I had my surgery. I couldn't be happier. My face was not overdone just enough to make youthful. I had a necklift with platsmaplasty, renuvion skin tighting Minimally Invasive Browlift w/ renuvion Fat grafting face Renuvion full face, neck, chest resurfacing (deep) I can honestly recommend Dr. Lacerna and her staff to be there for you all the way.
