To start, Dr Burdette was amazimg and I'm extremely pleased already with the results. He was kind, reassuring, and very queer friendly. If that had been my experience throughout, would be 5/5. Every subsequent follow up, I saw a PA-C, usually a different one each time. They belittled me, made it clear they thought I was lying, assumed I was seeking drugs, and more. Because it was a different person each time, I also kept getting conflicting instructions. One would tell me not to do any reaching at all, and as soon as I felt any tugging to abort. The next literally laughed and made fun of me for half the appointment for not doing more. The next was concerned about my pain and exhaustion, the following all but explicitly told me I was lazy and lying. I left each follow up feeling humiliated and defeated, on top of my pain and concerns never being addressed. I knew cis women who went through similar surgeries through this office and discussed with them after each follow up, and I was treated markedly worse than they were. Many of them saw Dr Burdette directly for at least one follow up, were listened to extensively, their pain treated, and left with clear instructions on next steps that aligned with the expectations at the next follow up. I don't know if it was because I'm masculine, transgender, or they just really didn't like me, but I wouldn't recommend anyone LGBT to go here

Over the past six months, I have had the privilege of experiencing the exceptional care and services provided by Elliot Breast and Reconstructive Surgery Center. I am delighted to share my experience with everyone. Undergoing several surgeries can be a daunting task, but with Elliot Breast and Reconstructive Surgery, I felt safe and secure throughout the process. Dr. Burdette and his team at the Elliot Breast Health and Reconstructive Surgery are truly exceptional. I am grateful to them for their exceptional work and care. Dr. Burdette is an artist in recreating breasts and has demonstrated his expertise and passion for his work. He and his team have been the best in the world, and I cannot thank them enough for their excellent service. After a double mastectomy, I encountered an infection in my left expander, which required emergency surgery. However, the Elliot Breast and Reconstructive Surgery team took care of everything, and I was in safe hands throughout the process. The results of the surgery have been nothing short of fantastic. I am pleased to say that I am entirely rebuilt now, and my breasts look better than ever. Elliot's breast plastic and reconstructive surgery have been truly exceptional, and I could not have asked for better care anywhere in the world. I must highlight the courteous, professional and empathetic staff at Elliot Breast and Reconstructive Surgery. They have been nothing but exceptional in every step of the process, from pre-surgery to post-surgery. Their outstanding service and support have made my journey easier. Overall, I highly recommend Elliot Breast and Reconstructive Surgery Center to anyone seeking exceptional care and services. They provide a level of care and services that is second to none, and I am forever grateful for their exceptional work.

I do not say it lightly when I say, Dr. K and her team are the reason I am alive today. I had a severe allergic reaction to anesthesia while being put under for a very common and simple skin removal surgery. I found out from an allergist today that the allergic reaction I had has a 10% fatality....which is high enough for me to be scared. The allergist is certain that the way the medical professionals around me reacted is why I am here today. From my very first visit I felt safe, comfortable, and beyond confident in the hands I was in. Libby, Tabitha, Cassandra, Claudia, Dr. K and every assistant I met in between since my first visit have gone above and beyond for me. I cannot recommend this facility and staff enough and look forward to having my procedures done by Dr. K and her team.

Absolutely disgusting treatment, during my consultation I was treated as though I was a freak, belittled and will be letting the LGBT community know that we are not welcome here and that this hospital branch is not an ally
