If there was a way to give Dr. Johnson and his staff a 10 star review, I certainly would. From the time of the consult, to surgery to follow-up, Dr. Johnson provided exceptional and professional care for my teenage son. The office is clean, comfortable and the staff makes you feel welcome. I will continue to recommend Advanced Faces at every opportunity!!!

I was referred by my dentist to have a tooth extracted. Unfortunately after receiving the estimate cost of the procedure my insurance would only pay for a very small portion of the procedure. Being on a fixed income I had to decline. I was charged $152.00 for the consultation which took approximately 30 minutes.

I had a tooth removed from this location during the COVID-19 pandemic as a result of almost bully-like urging from my Dad. It was almost as if he was trying to make it look as though I did not respect public health guidelines as a result of me being a Democrat with an interest in running for office anywhere. To be clear, every citizen of this country is supposed to be prepared to work for or defend it, and this starts with preparing to do so prior to filing registration forms as a candidate for an open position. Regardless of that, my experience at Advanced Faces was odd. I found it unusual that a dentist would not be removing my tooth, but a surgeon. Correct me if I am wrong, but Advanced Faces seems to specialize in facial reconstruction and plastic surgery. An unnamed woman, who looked a lot like my mom identified herself solely as a woman from Colombia. She has tanned skin, green eyes, and hair styled in a way I recognized as similar to my mom. This latter component of this woman's appearance may be a notable reference point. After all, I wanted to marry my mom as a very young child. Perhaps this is why I notice her everywhere. I was then asked if I wanted to be operated on with anesthesia or with a local equivalent for just the area of the tooth removal. I gleefully chose the latter, had my dad sign all papers related to the operation as he was the one paying for it, and promptly endured a very painful tooth removal. I told the staff everything was fine as I toughed it out and dealt with the feeling of a bone breaking in my mouth. This would be a first for me as I have never broken a bone before, at least not to my recollection. I was not lying about how I felt as I truly do not believe in suing people unless absolutely necessary. As such, I write this message to document how odd I found this visit to a medical professional. Never have I known of a dentist recommend what I deemed to be a cosmetic surgeon for a tooth removal let alone offer to completely subdue me for such a simple procedure. I believe one is left awake for even a root canal let alone any other dental operation. Regardless of that, this review is document a rather queer doctor's visit I hope to never repeat. For what it is worth, I have no desire to alter my face or body in any way, shape, or form. Please respond to this review with any questions or concerns. Thank you!

After holding it off a while, my wisdom teeth started to bug me so I decided it was finally time to get them out. I got a recommendation from my dentist and a few friends to go to Dr. Johnson at Advanced Faces. I chose to do the IV sedation. The staff were all very sweet and attentive. The last thing I remember was them asking me about my holiday plans and then all 4 of my wisdom teeth were out! If you’re in need of getting your wisdom teeth out I definitely recommend doing it with Dr. Johnson. The staff called the next day to check in. The healing went smoothly with very minimal pain or swelling and I’m almost back to normal only after 5 days!

Dr. Johnson is a skilled professional who is kind and caring. His staff is very helpful and put my mind at ease. He took me in on an emergency tooth extraction. I had Novacaine as I wanted my tooth removed as quickly as possible. Thanks to Dr. Johnson I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend him!
