Reconstructive operations in the nose area - small , large and very large volume
Rhinoplasty is a surgical modeling of the nose, as a result of trauma or due to aesthetic need. There are different techniques depending on the initial and final result, depending on whether it is necessary to affect the bone part or only the cartilage part, whether it is necessary to reduce the nostrils, graft cartilage or insert a prosthesis. In aesthetic rhinoplasty, the incision is made inside the nostrils, thus leaving no visible external scars. Full anesthesia is necessary in classical rhinoplasty with the involvement of bone structures. Provided that a slight correction is made only to the soft cartilage front part of the nose, corrections are also possible with local anesthesia.
