Do not recommend the clinic for any procedure, the Dr is skilled but entire team is money hungry. Unnecessary scans, 16k pre surgery tests, 4k CT scan, no proper communication. The guy who is doing phlebotomy is asked to explain the surgery procedure. He and the billing department has no communication. When asked why 16k for tests they keep pushing tables. Hurrying things up. The only scan they do well is if you have insurance. Look at their response template - applied wherever there is poor rating. Arrogance won't take you very far. In the name of guidelines you are just misguiding patients PS: my kid needs adenoidectomy but here they prescribed for adenotonsillectomy.

A Disappointing and Painful Experience at MENTS I had a deeply disappointing experience during my recent visit to MENTS through Practo. Firstly, despite the consultation fee being listed as ₹750, I was charged ₹800. When I questioned this, I was informed that ₹50 was a registration fee. To add to the frustration, I later found out that a direct visit to the clinic would have cost only ₹500. It’s extremely unfair that booking through Practo results in higher charges without any transparency. I was also made to write down my detailed personal information at the clinic, which I found both unusual and inconvenient. To make matters worse, I noticed that the clinic’s canteen was selling expired products. When I raised this serious issue with the staff, I was met with a dismissive response, claiming the items would be removed the next day. Such a careless attitude toward food safety is alarming and poses a direct threat to the health of patients and visitors. The irresponsible behavior of the clinic staff was yet another disappointment. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for 50 minutes without any proper communication. Each time I inquired about the delay, I received vague responses. After multiple follow-ups, I was finally told, “Wait for 2 minutes, you will be let inside.” When I asked if we should stand or sit, the staff dismissively responded, “You can stand; it’s only for 2 minutes.” However, even after waiting an additional 5 minutes, we were still not called in. This blatant disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable. The situation only worsened when I met the doctor. After briefly listening to my concerns, I was instructed to lie down without any explanation of what the procedure would involve. When I directly asked why I needed to lie down, the doctor casually mentioned that he was going to remove ear wax. Isn’t it a doctor’s basic responsibility to inform the patient beforehand about the procedure, its purpose, and any potential discomfort? Patients deserve clarity and reassurance, not to be left uninformed. The doctor assured me the procedure would be painless. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. As he proceeded, I experienced significant pain. When I flinched slightly due to the discomfort, instead of showing concern or offering reassurance, the doctor coldly remarked, “Don’t move, I’m under a microscope.” Despite expressing that I was in pain, he showed no empathy and continued without any acknowledgment of my discomfort. If experiencing pain was a possibility, shouldn’t I have been informed in advance? A simple heads-up would have made a world of difference. This experience has left me not only dissatisfied but deeply concerned about the clinic’s standards of care and conduct. No patient should have to endure what I went through. Would I recommend this clinic? Absolutely not.
