Poor customer service from staff members. Came for a second opinion that’s all. Houston Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery has better staff members & doctors.

Very happy with my results! Dr. Vu is very talented and nice mannered. His staff is nice, polite, and efficient. I’d come back again if I need anything else done. Would recommend a family member to come here if they decided they wanted anything done.

{Written by Joseph Hood for Tina Hoang Hood) My husband and I were very pleased with Dr. Tuan Vu's work. Like many Asian women, as I got a little older, my eyelids began to droop. Eventually, the drooping was not only a cosmetic issue-the drooping eyelids began to obscure my vision. I heard "through the grapevine" about Dr. Vu's skill and saw the good results that several of our friends and patients obtained with Dr. Vu. After an evaluation by Dr. Vu, he performed the surgery on both of my upper eyelids. The results were excellent! One month later, my drooping eyelids look much better and my vision is no longer obscured. We give high marks and our unequivocal recommendation for Dr. Tuan Vu and his staff.
