I am writing this review to share my deeply distressing experience with Dr. Diya Tantawi, who performed cosmetic surgery on me. I was excited to get rid of a little sagging and some wrinkles, but during the procedure, his carelessness damaged a nerve, causing the right side of my face to become paralyzed. Many months later, I still have issues. What has made this even more heartbreaking is Dr. Tantawi's complete lack of concern. He shrugged off the damage, told me to "give it time," and never apologized. To make matters even worse, he also botched my neck. It is scarred and ugly. This experience has been life-altering. It's affected not only my physical appearance but also my mental and emotional health. I understand that complications can occur during surgery, but nerve damage is rare. I believe that patient safety should always be a top priority. Why didn't he just tell me that this wasn't his expertise? Instead, I ended up with a botched procedure that has left me deeply disappointed. Dr. Diya Tantawi claims to be a double board-certified plastic surgeon, but based on my experience, I strongly question his expertise and professionalism. I want to share my story in hopes that no one else has to go through what I have. Please don't be fooled by before-and-after photos or nice reviews. Find a surgeon who has integrity, real expertise, and the compassion to prioritize your well-being above all else. Learn from my mistake, don't risk your health and appearance with someone who doesn't seem to care.

For me, Dr Tantawi is the best Surgeon in all aspects. I am super happy with my new body and I thank Dr. Tantawi for making my confidence grow. Thanks to his dedication in the way he does his procedures, Dr. Tantawi is not only an excellent surgeon but also as a person he is the best. Not only does he care about following up with the surgeries, but he cares about how one feels both in pain and emotionally and I have no words to thank him for everything he and his work team have done for me. Yazmín, Maria and Sara are very attentive and are always aware of the needs of each patient. After looking at several surgeons for information, I do not regret having chosen Dr. Tantawi for my procedures. Once and a thousand times I would choose Dr Tantawi and his team again 😊

After interviewing several of the Palm Springs area Plastic Surgeons along with previous knowledge, I Chose Dr. Tantawi for my recent procedure. You will not find any finer Surgeon, who strives to give his patients the best aesthetic results on an individual basis. Anyone can make a twenty something look great… Dr Tantawi can bring out the best in a woman of any age. After several unsatisfactory results with breast augmentation and lift, I finally found the Dr that has delivered as close to what I had hoped for and he will address any concerns I have as the healing process is complete which gives me added reassurance that the final result is excellent The staff is great and down to earth which makes my appointments a pleasure. Doctor Tantawi has always done a great job! I go to him for all my injections whether it be lip filler or botox. Occasionally I add a quick cool peel which leaves my skin feeling refreshed.
