I had my appointment booked 2 months in advance. 30 minutes prior to check in I called the office to notify them of a road block that would put me 15 minutes late. They told me as long as I arrive by that time frame, I would be able to be seen. I arrived precisely at that time. Upon check in, the receptionist spent 5 minutes talking to another person, and when she finally saw me, she said they couldn’t see me because it was past 15 minutes, when I literally arrived there at the time they told me to. I drove 1 hour to get to this appointment and would have turned around had these people been honest and professional. A big part of medical experience is management and the people behind the desk. Stay away from these practice, the management is absolutely disgraceful.

Dr. Sethna assisted in a complicated tumor removal For myself alongside a neurosurgery from Emory 3 years ago. She is the most thorough, educated , kind doctor . She is patient , knowledgeable, makes you feel at ease and safe . She is actually treating you like a Human and not a patient . I feel like she treated me like how she would want to be treated if she was in our shoes . I recently had to go back for a cosmetic check follow up and was so impressed . I trust her so much! Do not walk , run to her ! Her entire team is fantastic! Thank you so much !

I had an appointment today and took off hours from my job for a 30 min appointment due to the distance. I sat in the office surgery waiting room for almost an hour with no one to speak to, called the “office “ while there and it went to an IVR that didn’t transfer. I finally decided to go down the surgery hall and the office staff had another office at dead end of the hall and Dr. Seth a refused to see me! I was livid and asked for the offices manager but of course she wasn’t there. They told me to reschedule, hell NO! I was parked in the garage and had to ask the parking attendant to validate my ticket due to me not being seen. She didn’t believe me until she went to the office and met the staff. She apologized for them and validated my parking. That will be my last dealings with EMORY. But I am following up with patient complaints due to I called them they never reached out to me while I’m down the hall!
