I had a small chin augmentation done by Dr. Robertson last year. Prior to choosing Dr. Robertson, I had consultations with 2 other providers but was unable to establish rapport with either. Working in healthcare myself, trust and rapport are very important to me. I choose Dr. Robertson as he is experienced, patient, humble, down to earth, has excellent bedside manners, and most importantly, he takes into consideration ethnicity and facial harmony. Connecting with Dr. Robertson and his team was easy, expectations and communication were clear pre and post the surgery. I had an allergic reaction to the chin compression garment (possibly the material) used post op, but other than that, my recovery was a breeze. I didn't experience any temporary numbness, that's just how good he was! Needless to say, I am very happy with how my new chin subtly balances my face, the effects are so natural; my face and cheeks appear more lifted, and best of all nobody can tell I had this procedure done. I'm a very discrete person but like to give credit when its due!

Relaxing and first ever diamond glow facial. Derma-planing first, and then the diamond treatment. Skin looks amazing after and even better 4 days later. No redness or irritation. 10/10 will be getting these regularly.

I highly recommend Dr. Rosen if you are considering facial cosmetic surgery! I had a face lift and neck lift and I love my results! I still look like myself but better. It has taken 10 years off my appearance. Dr. Rosen and her nursing staff are friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Robertson Cosmetic Center, in general, is top notch.

Robertson Cosmetic Center and Dr. Sarah Rosen are the best!! The facility is amazing and the wonderful people who work there are like nothing I have ever experienced before. They greet you with a smile and go out of their way to make your experience comfortable and fun. Dr. Rosen is extremely capable and talented; post-treatment, she was just a text away, day and night, to answer questions and provide reassurance. I am now seeing Bao, and she is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to skin care. In all, I would highly recommend RCC, Dr. Rosen and her team to anyone that is looking for excellence when it comes to plastic surgery, post-surgical care, and skin care.
